Kilian Angels' Share on the Rocks by Benoist Lapouza is a fresher take on Angels' Share, opening with crisp bergamot, grapefruit, and aldehydes before cognac, myrrh, and tonka bean restore its warm, boozy character. Lighter and cooler than the original, it works especially well from spring through fall, for dinners, cocktail bars, and evenings out.
