We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. 

If you are a first-time customer buying fragrances for personal use (3 or fewer bottles in total in an order), if you are not happy with your fragrance purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note the fragrance should not have been sprayed more than a couple of times in order for you to get a full refund. Please contact us for a complimentary return label.

For all other customers (other than first-time customers), if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping/handling, return shipping/handling (if using a return shipping label that we issued), and a 10% restocking fee.

Within 3 business days of our receipt of your return, we will apply your refund to the payment method and account that you used at time of purchase   It might then take another few days for your bank to show the credit in your account.  

Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. Used merchandise can not be returned for credit or refund. Returns of opened merchandise will not be accepted nor will payment be refunded or store credit offered. Refunds or credit will only be issued after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Return Authorization Numbers are required on all returns. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact us and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you. 

Please Note: due to U.S. health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept any returns, for any reason, of the following items: Makeup, Cosmetics, Skin Care, and Hair Care products.
